MJH’s Banking and Finance practice is comprised of experienced lawyers who have been advising clients for many years on financing, equity transactions and investment structures. We regularly advise borrowers, sponsors and issuers, as well as financial institutions, on complex financial transactions, including both bilateral and syndicated loans, secured and unsecured loans, and public and private bond issues, including high-yield bonds and Eurobonds. We support clients in acquisition and property financing, debt restructuring, project finance and the preparation of complex transaction structures tailored to individual business needs.
