Litigation and Arbitration
One of the main areas of our practice is advising and representing clients in litigation and arbitration. We represent our clients in proceedings before the ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, before the Supreme Court, as well as before state and local government authorities, administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
Our team comprises specialists in commercial litigation with many years of practical experience. We combine comprehensive dispute resolution services with a business-oriented approach, in order to identify the core of the issue and present the solutions that best meet our clients’ needs.
We support and represent our clients in:
- Pre-litigation advice: analysis of the factual and legal aspects of a dispute, presentation and assessment of possible litigation strategies, and advice on the best course of action for pursuing the dispute
- Representation in court proceedings: representing clients before the ordinary courts, the Supreme Court, public administration bodies, administrative courts and arbitration tribunals
- Securing claims: assistance in devising methods to secure clients’ claims for the duration of court proceedings; representing clients in proceedings to obtain and enforce measures to secure claims
- Amicable dispute resolution: preparing assessments of settlement proposals, representing clients in negotiations and mediation, drafting settlements and agreements to amicably resolve disputes – both prior to and during court proceedings
- Enforcement proceedings: representing clients in enforcement proceedings, including amicable debt recovery
